Raised within the industry from a young age under the guidance of his father, Snooky Senior — the original founder of the company — he learned early that true success is earned through hard work, discipline, integrity, and dedication to quality above all else. For decades, Snooky has devoted his life to preserving and growing the family legacy, pouring everything he has into ensuring the business operates with the highest standards every single day. Known throughout Denver as “the meat man,” he has built his reputation not only on exceptional products and industry knowledge but also on honesty, consistency, and a refusal to ever cut corners. To those who know him best, Snooky is the hardest-working man they have ever known. Ali Acierno
Vice President
Built on legacy, leadership, and unwavering dedication, Ali serves as Vice President of Tonali’s Meats. Raised within the business from the time she was just eight years old, Ali learned firsthand the value of hard work, consistency, and treating people like family. Working alongside her father throughout her life, she developed a deep
understanding of every layer of the company — not simply as a business, but as a legacy built through sacrifice, integrity, and generations of commitment.
Today, she plays a vital leadership role within the organization, overseeing sales operations, managing food safety and compliance, assisting in accounting, leading the Human Resources department, and handling the countless daily challenges that come with running a growing family business. Known for her ability to adapt quickly and “put out fires” wherever needed, she brings both strength and grace to every aspect of the company’s operations.
Her leadership style reflects the very foundation on which Tonali’s Meats was built: loyalty, resilience, accountability, and genuine relationships. Combining modern business strategy with traditional family values, Ali is passionate about maintaining the company’s reputation for quality while continuing to help lead it into the future.
